     The input and the development of the information are following:
     The personnel department, the labour and salary department, workshops, clearance department take place in the process.
     The personnel department inputs the data of each employee in the form of personal card and the information about the change of place of work, occupation, accordance of vacation, release etc (the nformation that passes though this department).
     The labour and salary department inputs and follows the list of occupation, basic rates and rates of salary with the dates of changing, extra charges. It carries the labour's mode directory, standards and job rates and date notation of it's overpatching.
     Workshops input the team work package (daily), clear the sum for every member of the team, place with the statement of the period and input the time-board of employees' work.
     The clearance department input the information about the employees's benefits, sick-lists, the deduction documents (executive lists, forfeits, insurances etc.) disbursed sum of money, performs payroll accounting , prints the pay-sheets, rolls, inquiries, reviews.
     After the clearance department the labour and salary department gives out the forms, analyses and controls the employees' charges.
     All the information is located on the database on the server. So that way the timeliness and the strict accuracy of the information influences final result.
